Everything was great, pleasant staff, perfect location just off everything, which was within walking distance or a quick L trip away, many restaurants and Navy Pier. A contemporary hotel, we had a great stay.

It was fairly clean, stuff was helpful. Classic queen room had upgrades, it was top-notch and updated.

Fab location, patient staff, really very clean bed. Original room and common bathroom with all necessary facilities.

Spectacular location, good beds, PERFECT variety of breakfast food. Outstanding staff, nicely remodeled and modern looking rooms. There was Ontario & Wabash bus station minutes away from the hotel. The pool was nice and the garden - well-maintained.

In overall, the place is contemporary, has accommodating staff with the manager. The location is brilliant, 2 km from Management.

This place deserves more than 4 stars, it has generally comfortable rooms and serves enjoyable breakfast. It is in stunning location to a public park, set close to the hotel. The staff here is highly professional and highly professional.

I liked decent location, fairly quiet staff. Good choice of fresh fruit, toast, pancakes and eggs at breakfast. Superior king room was cheap. Overall clean hotel and very efficient service. Free mineral drinks, excellent wifi were a nice surprise.

Reasonably priced breakfast selections, place was CLEAN. Stylish unit. The bar area was great, I loved it.

It was a fun time staying at this warm hotel. The breakfast was included and consisted of fruit, eggs, pancakes and toast. Generally everything was cool, nevertheless the bathroom was smelly. The beach nearby was pristine and the view was fantastic...

it was spotless, and i enjoyed impressive location and staff. the bed was large and it was great having cable tv, terrace and balcony. a wonderful beach, breathtaking view. besides, the area was cute, next to michigan avenue.

i really enjoyed the excellent co-operating staff and the cheap food.

Unfortunately internet connection was weak.

The beds where comfortable in our room. Greatly enjoyed that they had onsite restaurant AC Kitchen, no need to go somewhere else. Besides, free Wi Fi worked flawlessly.

We are happy to say that we loved staff and rooms. The hotel is in a beautiful area. Besides, easy to get to an oak street.

20 mins walk to the center. Also, the hotel was adjacent to michigan avenue and with easy access to magnificent mile. Room was large, we spent 4 nights. Classic place, you know.

We visited Garrett Popcorn Shops, set only 600 ft away. Our favorite hotel in Chicago, we can recommend it.
